The ChARM patient portal is a way to access medical information, fill out forms, and confidentially communicate with your provider. Due to WA state adolescent health privacy laws, we are unable to set up patient portal access for parents of adolescents aged 13 and older. Adolescents who would like to manage their own portal access can have it set up at their visit.
